Grilled Veggies

Ingredients


2 tablespoons cocnut oil

LOTS of onions (any kind)

spiralized sweet potatoes

crinkle cut butternut squash

broccoli

cauliflower

asparagus tips

mushrooms

...

2 tablespoons Organicville Terriyaki Sauce

Celtic Sea Salt to taste


melt 2 tablespoons coconut oil in pan

add onions and cooktl transluscent and slightly browning

add remaining vegetables and cook for several minutes until soft

add mushrooms, terriyaki sauce and salt

cook another 2 minutes. 

cover and remove from heat

enjoy!
