Stay Focused!

Here's a natural way to stay calm and focused!!  

I make this tasty remedy for my sweet son before he goes to school in the morning and when he does homework in the afternoon.  I also taken this when I'm feeling anxious, have PMS or before bed for more restful sleep. For more info on the benefits and uses of Lemon Balm

Super easy to make! 

Lemon Balm Tincture

  •  Lemon Balm (fresh or dried) 
  • Vegetable Glycerine
  • water

Directions:

  • in a glass measuring cup, mix equal part warm water and vegetable glycerine 
  • Fill large glass jar 3/4 full with lemon balm
  • pour water/glycerine mixture over lemon balm
  • Use a butter knife or long spoon to mix and make room for more liquid
  • When mixture is settled and filled almost to the too, seal tightly
  • Label on lid and side of the jar, including the date
  • Store in a cool dark cupboard for 4-8 weeks
  • Gently shake once a day

- At the end of 6 weeks, strain and bottle the liquid

- Store in a cool dark cupboard or the fridge

To use: 

  • mix 2 teaspoons of lemon balm tincture with a little bit of water and drink up!🍋😊
  • use whenever calm and focus is needed  😊
